Security India Juris LPO understands that Risk Management is a significant area in LPO industry. In an outsourcing environment, the outsourcing company/firm has to forward its confidential information to us in India. In general, there might be three types of security related risks:
India Juris LPO has fully ensured about the safety concerns from the above risks keeping in view the sensitive nature of work done by India Juris LPO. We have our own Security Policy to be rigorously adhered to. We have hardware & software security. No copying of data is allowed. India Juris LPO as a security policy has banned the use of cell phones at the working area. Cameras are installed. CD-ROM and floppy drives are disabled. Papers printed in the office are shredded within 24 hours. We are also planning to have Biometric devices installed. Client names are not disclosed to any one outside the office and employees are also bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. |
